As a global HR services provider, our goal is to help HR professionals in making HR work – better. Therefore, NGA decided to compile the industry’s most trending evolutions for 2014.
A total of 15 trends have as such been divided over 3 blog posts, which all focus on 1 specific HR area. While last week’s post provided you with 5 trends related to the strategic role of HR, this week’s blog focuses on 5 new trends related to HR Technology:
Reading the blog from my colleague Inna Wahlberg on the HR services market in the APJ region, inspired me to write a short piece on the HR services market in our Northern European region, which is covering the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.
A region with similarities between countries but also some very clear differences.
It is tempting to view the 4 Nordic countries as 1, and a common history and some similarities in languages and culture certainly give some arguments for this.
NGA had a fantastic time at the HR Technology conference in Las Vegas where we had the opportunity to meet with our current and future customers, partners, analysts & advisors. In addition, seeing first-hand that our industry continues to expand and innovate and attending the many enriching sessions was an invaluable experience. We were excited to see the spotlight shine on cloud-based technology, and NGA provided numerous demonstrations of our global HR and Payroll tools that help organizations increase efficiencies, mitigate risk and reduce costs.
